The location of the hotel was key, being close to the clock tower and mall road, although it required a steep walk uphill. The mountain view from the balcony was breathtaking and worth mentioning.

The cleanliness of the rooms was a major issue. Undergarments were found behind the bed and a lady's belt was found behind the door in different rooms.

The staff at the hotel were really friendly and polite. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay. the hotel had a beautiful view of the mountains, which was a great way to relax after a long day of work.

There were a few negative aspects that marred our experience. the location of the hotel was quite inconvenient.
